Matsumoto Frog Fes

I went to Matsumto Nawate Street
They have a fron fes every year.
I missed the chance every year but Dream cimes true....

Shigeharu Swamura and Gakideka made nice stage.
They are real entertaments.

Kouji Motoki is Buto Dancer who is loving Matsumto
His performance is original very much.
If you see his paformance , you can not forget .


Off cource, Subunyuma is very cheer up paformance.
Thier smaile makes people happy.


I did not know Gama Zamurai can move.

Frog fes is more handmade fes.
Makes us warm feeling.
Nawate Steet is nice street.

one day trip to South of Nagano

I went to Ina with local ladies.
Kosmos no kai is the group who are looking after flower garden in front of our house.
Everyine is interesting in Gardening.

I joined them and went to factory of Kanten(it gelatin made by seaweed.)
One of the hotel owner took us by his bus.

Kanten is very good for your health and diet.
That is no calorie a lots of fiber
I bought a lot of foods there.
I hope it works for me....

This company is quit saccessful in Nagano.
The factry has the beautiful gerden.
The worker are looking after the garden by themselves.
They looks prode of the company.
we had a walk and had a lunch there.
That was beautiful lunch. Every meals has Kanten.

I bought Ajisai flower there.

Then we went to 2Rose Gardens in Takatou.
The both is entry free. I was wondering how they can look after the garden by free.

The last parts are most exciting for ladies.
We went to cheap flower shop. I bought a lots of Flower,
I never done gardening, these ladies gave me a lot of advice.
So I can not let the flower wither.
I am afreid of local ladies....

Candle Night

We had a Fantastic night in Candle night

Kousuke show his nice photoes, Yuko brought her crafts.
Peace Koubou show his nice cnadle, Hasi etc.
Non brought Beans that made in Ogawa.
Nana brought Umeboshi.

Many singers are came.
Panpkin Pallete cams from Matsumoto who came to Tracks first time.
They played Steel pans. nice sounds...



Matsu from Miasa played Dijuridooo.
The sounds match with Candle.
U.May.C sung more orginal songs. they are getting cool and cool.
Zen played African Guiter. His friends join session. They looks sooo happy and makes us happy too.
PASS from Ueda sung came straight to our mind.

I think we will have again before winter.

Candle night at Tracks Bar

We will have a Event of Candle night.

Shy san Live @ NoMiNo ichi in Nagano

I am having a good time at the NiMoNo ichi always.
The owner recomended Shy san Live very much.
Yes, he is nice a musican and make us happy very much.

Also we can have a nice Okinawa dinner at the NoMiNo ichi.

I can not wait to seeing his live again.

Bonfire,BBQ,African music

We have a bonfire.
It was 1 day before full moon
It was nice quiet, chilled night


The other night
I went to friend's restaurant to see african music and listening about africa Kenya
Chiaki Hayakawa is japanese lady build the school at the slums of Nairobi.
Her story was moved me very much. also she helps massai people.
